BlitzBotz is a game in private alpha. It is free, it is unfinished, your progress may be wiped, and you should not cheat. Everything below is detail.
You sign in with Google or Apple. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to the provider you signed in with — losing it may mean losing the account, because that identity is the only thing linking you to your progress.
Choose a call sign that is not offensive, not impersonating someone else, and not something you would mind an opponent seeing. We may change or reset a call sign that breaks that.
This is test software. It will break, matches will be interrupted, and ratings, Boltz, collections and match history may be reset without notice while the game is in alpha. Nothing you earn during alpha is guaranteed to survive into a later release. Do not treat alpha progress as something you own.
Nothing is for sale today. There are no purchases, no currency you can buy, and no subscriptions.
Do not:
The server is authoritative: it decides what happened in a match. Attempts to make the client claim otherwise are the thing this section exists to forbid.
Some opponents are bots. We do not pretend otherwise if you ask.
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account — eric@herbrandson.com. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop running the service. If we shut the alpha down we will try to say so first, but we do not promise a notice period.
The game is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
